Leica M8-9 Solid Screen Protectors Hello, This is a unique hard perspex cover that covers the screen of an M8 or M9. It fits using a securing screw to the tripod mount which has in itself another tripod mounting fixing thread so you can still use your camera on a tripod with the screen in place. I personally also use a film over the screen first. Viewing is not hampered with the screen in place.
