'Seller Refurbished' can be slightly misleading as it implies that the unit may have been damaged / repaired / second-hand etc. etc. This is simply not the case but the only option allowing an Ebay necessary description as the term 'as new' is strictly forbidden! All our items are directly sourced from both manufacturers to the high street retailers, in most cases the items are customer 'no fault' returns, simply did not like the size / colour / cost etc., packaging issues, or, missing then replaced accessories. In all cases our items are then thoroughly bench tested to 100% functionality retail prepared and then suitably packaged for dispatch. The term 'minor cosmetic handling' simply where an item has been handled either at the point of sale, refurbishment or within a retail environment therefore may exhibit minor cosmetic scuffs etc. but never extreme or unsightly unless otherwise stated.
