We send BIG things by DHL or Parcelforce, and, if you’re not in when they call, they’ll leave a card, (and we’ll leave an email to let you know they tried). Just give the depot a call and they’ll have another go on a day that’s better for you. Unfortunately, if it doesn’t get delivered this time, it’ll be returned to us, and the Carrier will want paying for his trouble (which is £15), and we’ll be really upset to have to pass that on to you before we can resend.

·        Outside the UK

We reduce the normal cost of International shipping by taking off the real value of the included UK postage. EEC lets us send to any member country without batting an eyelid. Our custom is always to include everything in the order price.

If you’re outside the EEC however, then your Customs may well want to advise you of Import Duties and Taxes applying to your order from us. We don’t know what rules your specific Country has, so we have to ask you to be responsible for your own import duties and taxes. Ta!

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Lotnabox Ltd via EBay and any other website where Lotnabox is represented. The website is governed by the following terms and conditions; they do not affect your statutory rights.

Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). We will send you an order acknowledgement shortly after you place your order, notifying you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see condition 5).

We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the contract is not received from you in cleared funds.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item we will contact you and offer you the following three options:

Placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;

Cancelling the whole of your order; or

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). As soon as an item is delivered, the risk of damage or loss passes to you.

You have the right to cancel your contract with Lotnabox at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the goods, in line with The Distance Selling Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis-described.

You will be credited for the goods within 30 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

You cannot cancel a contract for computer software which has been unsealed by you or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the goods.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you by a reversal of the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

All new goods supplied by us have a minimum 12 months warranty period from the date the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding batteries which carry a 6 month warranty). Returns

99.5% happy customers isn’t bad, but it still means something goes wrong sometimes. We’re not happy if you’re not happy, so if you're not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason, simply let us know by email within 7 working days after you get it, and return it to us. We’ll exchange or refund the original order value, as you wish. All we ask is that you enclose the order reference, with all the bits you want to return, in all their boxes, in their original condition. Posting is down to you, but it’s a good idea to get postal tracking, with some kind of insurance, because, if we don’t get the return, you won’t get the refund, and we’re sure that if you don’t want the stuff, you certainly want your money back ASAP. That’s why we’ll try and get a refund sorted the same day we receive your return, and let you know by email. (We normally reverse the same payment method you used). If your purchase is returned in a condition that isn’t new, we’ll send you some photos of why we think that, and agree a re-stocking value with you.

You can return stuff for any reason up to 30 days after you got it. Just follow the same instructions above. You’ll still get a refund of the original order value, but less 25% of the total order value (it just covers us having to check, clean, repackage and re-sell as not new)

Faulty Stuff

Really sorry if that happens! If it’s a manufacturing fault within 30 days of getting it, please email us on service@lotnabox.com  and we’ll ping a freepost label back by return, and for big stuff over 5kg, let us know a convenient weekday and we’ll organise collection from you. No problem if you want to send it back yourself, but then you’ll have to pay the postage! Either way you need to at least get a certificate of postage just in case. We’ll get a replacement out to you as soon as we’ve got the faulty one back, and checked and agreed the fault.

After 30 days, and up to the end of the warranty period, you can send it back to us (or the manufacturer) with the original receipt and order reference. We’ll check it over and let you know if we agree the fault. We may even forward it to the manufacturer ourselves for checking. The Slik Master Classic Head 2036 is a 2-way pan head that has a strong, solid all metal construction with simple sturdy one lever operation. When the head is released, it can move in two directions, it can tilt up and down and pan left or right. These directions of movement make the head an ideal choice for long telephoto lenses, like 300mm f/2.8, 400mm f/5.6 or 500mm f/4.5. It is perfect for nature photography or sport photography as catching a bird in flight, or a racing car is easy with this head. The tension of movement can be adjusted by turning the release lever slightly to match the weight of the camera and lens being used. The camera mount plate, while not removable, has a small release lever on one side that allows the mount plate to rotate and be locked down at any point. The camera mount post is spring loaded and can be adjusted by turning the tensioner to match the tread depth of the lens or camera being used. This allows for more secure mounting of heavy equipment on the head.
